Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using this site, you are agreeing to comply with them. You should periodically check these Terms and Conditions (T&C) for updates and changes. We reserve the right to change the T&C at any time and without prior notice.

• Scope of Terms and Conditions
  1. These T&C cover the AU website and any related sub-domains, domains and versions of the websites (collectively the “AU Site”).
  2. These T&C do not apply to other websites that are linked to the AU Site. If you click on a link on the AU Site and it takes you to another website, these T&C no longer apply to your use of the other website. AU is not responsible for the content or operation of such other websites and by simply linking to these websites, AU is not endorsing these websites.
• Acceptable User Policy
  1. You can only open one account. AU has the right to suspend and/or delete duplicate accounts for users who open multiple accounts on the AU Site.
  2. Don’t claim to be someone you are not. You may use a pseudonym.
  3. We are not responsible for any breach in your security settings or unauthorized use of your account or password. We recommend you keep your password secret and use a secure password that is a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
  4. If there is any breach of security, such as unauthorized use of your password or account information, please let us know immediately.
  5. AU retains the right to suspend the AU Site at any time and without prior notice.
  6. All users of the AU Site must be over 13 years old. You agree to abide by any such restrictions and not to help anyone avoid these restrictions. If you are under 13 years old, you agree to immediately stop accessing the AU Site. If you are accessing the AU Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.

• Intellectual Property
  1. All of the content on the AU Site, including the selection, arrangement, and design (“AU Content”) is the property of AU and/or its licensors and is protected by trademark and copyright laws.
  2. The “AMERICA UNHINGED.COM & Design” and “UNHINGED” are registered trademarks of AU. AU may also have common law trademark rights in other trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names displayed on the AU Sites (collectively “AU Intellectual Property”). You agree not to display or use any AU Intellectual Property of AU without AU’s prior written consent.
  3. By accessing the AU Site, you are agreeing not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, display, sell, publish, broad or circulate the AU Content except as otherwise herein permitted.
  4. You have limited permission to reproduce, distribute, display or transmit limited AU Content if it is for your personal and noncommercial purpose and to a limited number of people. You must also use the phrase “Used with permission from the America Unhinged website, a service of AmericaUnhinged.com.”
  5. We don’t claim ownership of content that you submit or make available on the AU Site. You are the owner of any content that you have created. However, by submitting or making available any content on the AU Site, you are agreeing to grant AU a perpetual, royalty-free and irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, transmute, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, create derivative works from, transfer, and sell such content in any format. You are also agreeing to allow us to use your name and any other identifying information you submit to us in connection with the content that you submit or make available on the AU Site. You are also consenting to allow any visitor or member of the AU Site to use the content that you submit or make available on the AU Site for their personal use.

• Restrictions on Use

You agree not to use the AU Site to upload, post, email, transmit, or make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, abusive, vulgar, libelous, tortious, defamatory, invasive of another’s privacy, or promotes violence, racial hatred, terrorism, illegal acts, or is otherwise objectionable (as determined by AU in its sole discretion);
  3. You agree not to infringe on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other propriety right of any party, including through copying or plagiarizing the work of another party.
  4. You agree not to post any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes, spam, or any form of solicitation.
  5. You agree not to upload or transmit any material that contains software viruses, computer code, or computer programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the function of any computer or telephone communications equipment. You also agree not to take any action that cause any third party’s general uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the AU Site.
  6. You agree to be fully responsible for your own content that you submit or make available on the AU Site. The AU Site is merely a venue for you to post your own content. While AU has the right to refuse to post, remove, edit, or abridge any content for any reason, it is otherwise not involved in the writing or any other decisions relating to posted content.
  7. If you have a dispute with a user of the AU Site, you release and indemnify AU and its officers, members and employees from all claims, demands and damages arising from your actions and your own posted content.
• Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability:

AU also disclaims any representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the AU Site and the AU Content, including without limitation, any representations or warranties for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AU is not liable to you or anyone else for any injury, loss, decision or action taken in reliance on the AU Content.
• Refund Policy:
  1. Fourteen days money back. Buyer must pay return shipping.
